New Moon Noodles Inc. was established in Battle Creek in 1983. Under the Direction of Lee K. Lum, President, the business is a wholesale supplier of Chinese Noodles, Asian foods, cakes, sauces, boxes and a variety of other Asian products. Furthermore, the company’s self-made noodles have been praised highly by all of the customers, since the noodles are fresh, natural and healthy, and contain no preservatives or MSG.
    Our company serves a variety of businesses throughout the state of Michigan. In addition to providing products to the local Chinese restaurants and wholesalers, we supply many large American food supply companies who consistently place orders.
